Meet Charlotte – The Snuggle Specialist who says “Lap Time is Mandatory!" Charlotte is a quiet, gentle, and incredibly loving kitty who wants nothing more than to be by your side—or better yet, in your lap! She’s the definition of a true lap cat and never gets tired of pets and cuddles. If you pause for a moment, she’ll gently tap you with her paw , reminding you that snuggle time isn’t over yet. Her soft gaze and sweet nature will melt your heart every time. Charlotte thrives in a calm, peaceful home where she can feel safe, loved, and relaxed. She has had some tummy issues in the past, so she is on a special prescription food and a medication (pill) that she need to take daily, so she will need an adopter who is able to accommodate her needs to keep her healthy! She has lived with other cats before and would enjoy the company of a friendly feline companion. She would also do well with gentle, slightly older children who understand and respect her boundaries.This affectionate girl is on the needy side when it comes to love —she wants to be near her people as much as possible and will soak up every ounce of affection you offer. Charlotte loves curling up on a cozy lap , lounging in the sun on a window perch, and quietly watching the world go by . While she enjoys a little playtime with ribbon toys or soft balls , she’s happiest snuggled up next to her favorite humans.One of the sweetest things about Charlotte is how she shows her gratitude . For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Charlotte was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Charlotte’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Charlotte’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Charlotte’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
