Meet Danny DeVito! Danny DeVito is an 8-month-old, 37 lb Shar Pei mix with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He came in with his brother, Tony Danza, and while they’re not a bonded pair, they’re both known for their fun, goofy energy and lovable quirks. Danny is a total goofball in the best way—playful, affectionate, and always ready to make you smile. He loves to be near his people, showers you with kisses, and picks up on new things fast (he learned “sit” in just 10 minutes!). Not bad for a young Shar Pei mix! He keeps a clean kennel, loves to play, and has been a great listener—even during his silly zoomie moments. He’s reportedly dog-friendly and shows great body language when meeting new pups at the shelter. If you’re looking for a fun-loving sidekick who’s equal parts sweet and silly, Danny DeVito is ready for his next starring role—as your best friend! His minimum adoption fee is $325 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.

This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Danny Devito was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Danny Devito’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Danny Devito’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Danny Devito’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
