Estimated Date of Birth: 4/10/2021 Ollie is looking for a home with a patient and loving family. Due to an unfortunate situation in Ollie’s life where he wasn’t treated well, he is hesitant to trust men and can act very skittish around them. With patience and a kind heart, Ollie will be your new little buddy! While not strictly a lap cat, he has been known to cuddle up on a lap after warming up to you. He enjoys his own personal space, but will trust you if you show him you care. Like most kitties, Ollie can be particular and prefers not to be held, but will choose when to love on you. He loves to play with strings, and enjoys sight seeing from a windowsill. Ollie enjoys: wool socks (they’re his favorite toy), any toy with a string attached, crunching on his dry food, hanging out in laundry baskets, hunting down house flies (and occasionally snacking on them!), head scratches and making biscuits on fleece blankets. Good with other easy going cats. Adoption fee: $150Ollie is neutered, microchipped, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and negative for Feline leukemia and FIV.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Ollie was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Ollie’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Ollie’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Ollie’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
