Frankie is a little girl found as a stray and sadly unclaimed! She is safe now and is looking for her forever home! She is estimated to be just 1 year old, weighs approximately 17-18bs and can be a bit shy at first and takes a little time to warm up! Foster update: Frankie is very energetic and is treat and food motivated, which will be very helpful for obedience training! Loves other dogs and would enjoy a companion to run and play with to expel her energy! Good with kids (cautious at first) but warms up quickly! Nearly house trained and is crate trained with a short protest time at first and sleeps through the night. With her energy, love for running around and playing outside, a fenced yard would be ideal! Frankie would make an excellent running partner for active person/family! We recommend training for all our puppies! **Breed or size (once fully grown) is a 'best guess' and is not guaranteed since they arrived into rescue without either parent. **Magnificent Mutts is an all foster home based rescue and meets are held by appointment with the entire family in attendance. Please ensure your current pets are up to date with vetting, have landlord/HOA approval and are prepared to take your new family member home at the adoption appointment. Thank you for your interest! For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Frankie was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Frankie’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Frankie’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Frankie’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
