Introducing Toby!! This little baby is about 6 months of age. He is a black tri, rough coat. He will need a very patient person to help him navigate through life and new environments. He loves other dogs so a home with other dogs that will be willing to play with him is a necessity. Once he feels comfortable with you, you will come up and lean against your leg for pets. Little by little he is coming out of his shell with us humans....he definitely feels more comfortable around dogs than he does people. He loves his doggie daycare friends and enjoys playing with them daily. He and his two sisters were originally picked up as strays. I think this little guy is a diamond in the rough and will thrive with a dog savvy, patient person. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Toby's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Toby was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Toby’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Toby’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Toby’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
