About this Dog

Chi is a 2 year-old, female Pocket Bully who is energetic and playful. She loves being outside, playing fetch, chewing on her toys, and spending time with her people.

The reason we have decided to rehome Chi is because she has not been able to safely coexist with our other dog (an 8 year-old, female Micro Bully) in our home. Although she has done well with other dogs in structured settings in the past, her relationship with our other dog at home has turned aggressive. Because of this, we believe she would be happiest as the only pet in the home, where she can have her own space and receive the undivided attention she thrives on.

Although limited, she has also had positive interactions with our one-year-old son. Given her size and strength, however, we are looking for an experienced owner who understands her needs and is committed to continued training and proper management.

We would be happy to provide additional information, veterinary records, training history, photos, and anything else that may be helpful. Our priority is finding Chi the right home.

How will Chi ("Shy") receive the contribution?

The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Chi ("Shy"), thank you for providing a home and a loving family! Please begin the process of claiming Chi ("Shy")'s contribution here.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.

The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Chi ("Shy") was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Chi ("Shy")’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

What happens to unclaimed funds?

We want the Chi ("Shy")’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Chi ("Shy")’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
