He likes big & small dogs.. he can get over stimulated and excited so he needs "time outs" behind the gate.. he's still new tho.. He can over obsess with my Little Ding Ding dog too, so again we just remove him from situation until he calms down. He potty trained, but will try and mark where my littles go on the pee pads, We are pet sitting for my mom's cat that stays in my son's room, he just stands and barks and barks and barks.. lol... He does not like vacuums! He was teased for sure, and also playing "tug" he was teased so, not a really good thing for him to play.. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Lil Chief was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Lil Chief’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Lil Chief’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Lil Chief’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
