About this Cat
Meow-velous Maggie and her sleek sister Ruby are pawsitively adorable! These kitten sisters are always on a feline adventure, exploring their foster home with curiosity and enthusiasm. Ruby loves to sit on her foster mom's shoulder, chirping and purring, giving kisses and grooming her mom's hair. She seeks out cuddles and love. Fluffy and fabulous Maggie (who resembles a baby bobcat or a maine coon cat) loves to cuddle nearby and is also a purr-machine. Ruby is a sleek black panther of a feline. These sisters are part of a litter of six, all healthy and energetic. They have thrived in a foster home with older children, other adult cats, and a small, senior dog. These girls find a family member to sleep with every night. They especially love to chase each other, jingle bells, springs and felted cat toys. Families with respectful and gentle members are invited to apply for this dynamic duo to join them and be part of their forever family. We encourage you to consider adopting kittens in pairs! There are several reasons why the kittens would do good with a friend, including: - Two kittens keep each other entertained - they will play and get all their energy out on each other in time for snuggles with you! - Having two kittens to play with each other prevents potential "I'm lonely and bored" behavioral issues. - Watching two kittens wrestle is quite possibly the cutest thing you will ever see. - The kittens will teach each other "how to cat" and learn to be more social with humans and people. - You'll save two lives instead of one! Interested in meeting the kittens? Complete our online application at https://www.starfishanimalrescue.com/adopt/cat-adoption-application The adoption fee of $300 for the pair includes spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new cat for your family. Although we make the best guess on the breed of our cats, because they come from shelters, we can never be completely certain of the genetic makeup of the cat. All we can tell you for sure is that they are 100% RESCUED! Thank you for wanting to adopt a Starfish Animal Rescue cat! 100% of Twix's balance will be sent to whoever adopts Twix.
Adopt Twix and Receive Twix's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Twix's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Twix's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Twix, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Twix's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Twix was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Twix’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Twix’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Twix’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
