About this Cat
Ace was one of a litter of 6 kittens that my first cat Poppy had. He has grown up all his life in my care and alongside Poppy and his brother Jasper. Both of my boys are shy in their own ways, and Ace is shy when it comes to meeting and opening up to people. He is definitely the more skittish one. Even though he knows me, he still won't let me pick him up for long, compared to Jasper who I can pick up and hug for a bit. But that doesn't mean he isn't affectionate. He still loves being pet, and to me, it's even more sweet when he comes to spend time with me knowing that he isn't really the type to cuddle usually. Ace is also the more vocal of the boys when it comes to meowing. Sometimes he has a lot to say, although I can't quite understand. I'll still try to have a conversation with him though, and he'll keep it going by meowing when it's his turn. I think Ace would do well in most homes as long as he has a caring owner. I would like to keep him together with his brother Jasper if possible. **** Breed: American Shorthair **** Pet Link: https://www.nokillnetwork.org/adoption/pet_detail.php?petid=2184024&flag=1

100% of Ace's balance will be sent to whoever adopts Ace.
Adopt Ace and Receive Ace's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Ace's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Ace's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Ace, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Ace's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Ace was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Ace’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Ace’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Ace’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
