Meet Andy – The Long-Legged Lovebug! Andy is a 6-pound, 8 month old, caramel-colored poodle mix with legs like a supermodel and the heart of a total goofball. He’s always wagging his tail, hopping like a bunny, and greeting you with full-body wiggles—whether you’ve been gone for hours or just walked out to get the mail. Though he’s tiny, Andy thinks he’s a full-sized lap dog and loves nothing more than snuggling right into your arms. When he’s not curled up for cuddles, he’s bouncing around outside, exploring every corner, or playing with his pup friends (especially the ones his size). Potty training is still a work in progress, but Andy’s eager to learn and getting better every day. Andy will need a home with a playful, friendly dog sibling to help him feel secure and happy—he truly thrives with a buddy by his side. Small in size but overflowing with love, Andy is pure joy on four long legs.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Andy was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Andy’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Andy’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Andy’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
