Lucky is a sweet and affectionate 3yr old Pitbull. He is the perfect medium size, weighing 53lbs. This handsome boy is dog friendly, and although he hasn't been kid tested, he would likely do well with older kids. Lucky has a medium energy level, and enjoys running around the yard playing and with his ball! He is totally house trained, and crate trained. He enjoys spending time in his crate too - it's his safe space! Lucky's favorite activities include going for car rides, cuddling, and spending time by your side. Lucky would do best in a home with a fenced yard, and would be fine as the only pet in the house. He doesn't like small dogs, so a home with no small pets for this boy. Lucky is neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Lucky Mars was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Lucky Mars’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Lucky Mars’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Lucky Mars’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
