About this Dog
Koa is a beautiful Husky/German Shepherd Mix looking for her forever family! She is around 2.5 years old and weighs 50lbs. This gorgeous girl is intelligent, playful, and funny! Koa is dog friendly, house trained, and crate trained. She has a medium energy level - she loves to do zoomies, get her paws wet in the creek or pool, or play with her doggy friends. Koa has been through basic training and knows all her basic commands, including additional commands her fosters have taught her. She loves to go on car rides and is an excellent passenger! Koa would love a forever home with a fenced yard, an active family who will take her on fun adventures, and a family who is home regularly. She thrives with regular exercise and would do well as a hiking/running partner. She would also be happy attending doggy daycare regularly. Koa has a great personality, and will make a loving and loyal addition for a lucky family. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. If you're interested in adopting this sweet girl, please email us at [email protected] or submit an application at https://www.barkvilledogrescue.org/applications. BarkVille is located in Roswell, GA and our dogs are available for foster/adoption in the Greater Atlanta area. Applicants in surrounding states could potentially adopt a BarkVille dog if their application is approved, they live within 2-3 hours of the Greater Atlanta area, and they are able to pick up their dog from the foster home.

Adopt Koa and Receive Koa's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Koa's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Koa's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Koa, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Koa's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Koa was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Koa’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Koa’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Koa’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
