About this Dog
Meet Hardy, a happy and friendly boy looking for his forever family! This cutie was born in early 2025, and is guessed to be a Coonhound/Pointer mix. He could mature to be a medium/large size dog, however he currently weighs just 24lbs. BarkVille Dog Rescue saved Hardy just before he was going to be euthanized at an overcrowded shelter. Poor Hardy had badly infected skin, and both of his eyes were infected. He has since received all his necessary veterinary care, and is on the road to becoming a fully healthy pup! Hardy is all the things a young puppy should be - happy, curious, goofy, and super sweet! Hardy is learning the ropes in his foster home and is picking up on his potty training and is learning his basic commands. He already walks well on leash, and has been wonderful in his crate! This happy boy wags his tail nonstop and has been great with all the dogs and people (including kids) he has met. Due to his young age, he could be cat friendly as well. Hardy would love a family who is ready for a loving lifelong companion, and understands the needs of an energetic young puppy. He would love a home that has another playful pup, and a fenced yard where he can spend his days romping around! Hardy is neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. If you're interested in adopting this handsome boy, please email us at [email protected] or submit an application at https://www.barkvilledogrescue.org/applications. BarkVille is located in Roswell, GA and our dogs are available for foster/adoption in the Greater Atlanta area. Applicants in surrounding states could potentially adopt a BarkVille dog if their application is approved, they live within 2-3 hours of the Greater Atlanta area, and they are able to pick up their dog from the foster home.

$0.0 is Hardy Polk's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Hardy Polk, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Hardy Polk's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Hardy Polk was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Hardy Polk’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Hardy Polk’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Hardy Polk’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
