About this Dog
Cohen is a beautiful middle-aged Pitbull/Vizsla Mix. He weighs 65lbs, has a soft and silky caramel coat, and a tail that goes a mile a minute when he's happy! Cohen is a sweet and affectionate boy who enjoys spending time with the kids in his foster home (9yr +), and cuddling with them. He is dog friendly with proper introductions and prefers females his size or smaller - his best friend is a Corgi! Cohen is a smart boy who is perfectly house trained and loves using his doggy door to go outside. His foster Mom describes him as a wonderful listener who is eager to please. He is very food motivated and loves to receive praise for his great house manners. Cohen's favorite activities include going for car rides, golf cart rides, and trying to get into every FedEx, UPS, or Amazon delivery car he sees! Cohen would do well in a home as the only dog, or with another female dog. He would love a fenced yard, but would also be happy with plenty of walks and playtime. Cohen has good leash manners, and is accustomed to going on pack walks with other dogs. He does have some anxiety with thunderstorms, fireworks, or other very loud "scary" noises, and he takes a daily low dose medication which helps him with his anxiety. Cohen is a healthy boy who is neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. He had bloodwork completed in July 2022 which came back with great results. For more information about Cohen, please email us at [email protected] or submit an application at https://www.barkvilledogrescue.org/applications. BarkVille is located in Roswell, GA and our dogs are available for foster/adoption in the Greater Atlanta area. Applicants in surrounding states could potentially adopt a BarkVille dog if their application is approved, they live within 2-3 hours of the Greater Atlanta area, and they are able to pick up their dog from the foster home.

Adopt Cohen and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Cohen's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Cohen's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Cohen, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Cohen's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Cohen was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Cohen’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Cohen’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Cohen’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
