About this Cat
We rescued these 2 female kittens. The other 3 kittens perished in the lake. The mother must have figured all of them drown and abandoned these 2 cutie pies. So we took them in and bottle fed them. They now are around 7 weeks old and eating wet and dry food, potty trained and have their first round of shots, have been dewormed, and given flea treatments. We are fostering them and socializing them. They are sweet girls and we are looking to help find their forever homes.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Cherokee and Carolina was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Cherokee and Carolina’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Cherokee and Carolina’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Cherokee and Carolina’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
