Meet Emil – Your Future Best Friend! He is a charming, energetic, and adventurous Lab- Plott Houndmix puppy with a heart full of love and a nose for excitement! He literally can’t get close enough to you. You better like cuddles and kisses cause you’re getting them regardless! His energy level makes him the perfect walking or hiking buddy. Do you like binge watching shows? Or are you a sports fan? Emil loves watching tv on the couch or before bed! This boy lives to please you! Emil has a high prey drive so he will have to be in a home without cats and small children. Older kids and teens are more of his speed due to his energy. He loves dogs however! He melts when meeting new friends. Emil’s favorite things are watching tv, napping with you, and outside play time! If you’re ready for a life full of tail wags, puppy kisses, and endless fun, Emil might just be the perfect addition to your family! No cats. Apply today! Adoptions are limited to an approximately 150-mile radius from Locust Grove, GA, certain circumstances may allow exceptions. To apply to adopt this pet, please fill out a Preliminary Adoption Application at https://www.streetpaws.org/home/adopt. This application does not commit you to an adoption. It is used to screen those interested to make sure the home is a good match for the pet and your family. We verify vet history on current/previous pets to ensure pets have been spayed/neutered and vaccinated annually. Please call your vet to give permission for us to call them. Our adoption fee is $250-400 . They have been given age-appropriate vaccinations, are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested and treated, if necessary, dewormed, have received flea prevention, and are micro-chipped. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Emil was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Emil’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Emil’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Emil’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
