About this Dog
A CUTE & ACTIVE PUPPY: Approx. 7-8 months old / Approx. 47 lbs. & growing Hi, my name’s Auburn! I was rescued from animal control by Mostly Mutts when I was just a young puppy. I found a home, but when my owner’s new job started keeping them away for extended hours each day, they didn’t want me to be alone that long. So, I’m back with Mostly Mutts and ready to find my forever family to love — and be loved by — so plan to come meet me soon! • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I like the dogs I have met while with Mostly Mutts and in my former home, so if you have a dog at home already who may enjoy a friend, let’s meet! / My former owner reported that I liked the cats I met while I was with them. / My former owner reported that I liked the kids I met while I was with them, though I don’t recall their ages, so if you have kids, let’s meet and best no toddlers that I may bump over! • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I’m described as a friendly, sweet, and playful pup who loves to bring joy wherever I go. I’ve got plenty of energy for fun and games, and I’m also a pretty smart cookie, so I enjoy learning new things. Everyone says I’m super sweet - just ask the photographer who enjoyed our photo session! Whether we’re playing, exploring, or just hanging out together, I’ll be your happy, loving companion every step of the way. / My energy level is 6-7+. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I am a student in the Mostly Mutts University training program, where I’ve mastered the ‘sit’, ‘down’, ‘stay’, ‘come’ and ‘drop it’ commands so far. I’m looking forward to learning even more with my family. I am a smart pup who is ready to learn. / My crate manners are good at Mostly Mutts and were good in my former home, too. / My former owner reported that I was potty trained, though I’ve been having some accidents since my return. Please continue to be consistent with me on a good schedule, so I can master my potty skills. • LIKES/DISLIKES: I love to play with toys, go for walks and spend time with people. In my former home, I also enjoyed some ice. I’m sure we will discover lots of other things we enjoy doing together. / In my former home I wasn’t a fan of having my nails trimmed or ears touched, though I haven’t shown this at Mostly Mutts. I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise and training. • MEDICAL: I'm current on my annual immunizations, micro-chipped and spayed. If you’re ready for the fun and excitement of having a big puppy as well as the training commitment, then let’s meet! My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.

Adopt Auburn and Receive Auburn's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Auburn's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Auburn's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Auburn, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Auburn's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Auburn was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Auburn’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Auburn’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Auburn’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
