About this Dog
Kayto is a 120 pound, 6 year old German Shepherd that I got for free from a Turkish family who was no longer able to take care of him. About 2 years later, I joined the army, and while I was gone for Basic training, he had some behavior issues pop up. When I got back, he went back to normal. almost immediately, I was sent on a deployment for 9 months to S. Korea, where he bit my wife. I came home, and the issues went away again, until thanksgiving of 2022, he bit my wife again. I don’t know what causes it, and I’ve struggled to find an answer, including keeping him away from other people to manage the situation, but my wife put her foot down and said no more, he has to go. I love him with all my heart, but I can’t justify keeping him. He’s a fantastic dog, and I’d do anything for him, but there’s no options left for me.

Adopt Kayto and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Kayto's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Kayto was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Kayto’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
