Bagel is friendly like people, and gets along with other dogs. The only issue is trying to chase kittens. Adult, dog savvy- cats put him in his place. He leaves them alone, but the kittens he want to play with them He was found abandoned in a crate with his sister Crepe. She adores him and would like to stay with him. They can adopt separately however. Age: 2 years Weight: 41 lbs Temperament: Gets along with dogs, kids, dog-savvy cats, not kittens Training: Housetrained ,crate-trained, has basic training Vetting: Neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm negative and on prevention Email for questions: [email protected] To ensure we're meeting both pet and adopters' needs, we ask potential adopters to complete an Adoption Application (www.bit.ly/DH-Adoption) for caretakers to review. Once your application is approved, we will bring the adoptable pet to your home for a preliminary visit. We are 100% donation-funded and our fees are equivalent to (or less than) the cost to fully vet a new dog yourself. Please expect an adoption fee of $300; some of our urgent or long-term dogs have discounted fees.

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Everything Bagel's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Everything Bagel was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Everything Bagel’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Everything Bagel’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Everything Bagel’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
