About this Dog
Duchess is extremely loving and friendly, wanting to be beside her humans 24/7. She is not trained or house broken, however, and will need someone willing to put in the work necessary to help her adjust. She's prone to breaking out of the kennel and will readily tear up and destroy anything given the chance so she really needs someone with the patience and time to train her. She has recently had her first and only litter of pups. Duchess is used to being around other dogs as well as cats and does just fine with them but she cannot go outside without a leash and is not a good fit for anyone with chickens or other small outdoor animals unless you can properly supervise her time around them. We are hoping to rehome her because my mom's illness has made impossible for her to care for pets, often leaving her unable to get off the couch or out of bed at all. She is currently hospitalized and nobody is able to be at home to care for Duchess the way she needs anymore. With the right fit Duchess would be an amazing pet, however unfortunately that fit is not with us. We would love to see her go to someone who could be with her a lot, whether it's at home or taking her with them on an outing somewhere.

After verifying the adoption, Dutchess's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Dutchess was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Dutchess’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
