About this Cat
Hi, my name is Junior. I'm a 3 year old black boy kitty, and I'm sharing a cage with my friend Cujo. We're not a bonded pair, but I would love to get adopted with her if you're looking for 2 kitties. We complement each other pretty well, because she's very outgoing and I'm definitely more of an introvert. I'm going to be honest, I hate being at the shelter, and I can't wait to get adopted. I might hiss at you or try to hide when you first come to visit me, but if you go slowly, I'm learning to be okay with being pet by people who are new to me. I'm not mad, just scared, so please don't take it personally if I'm a bit of a grump. I do have a really good purr that you'll get to hear if you're patient enough to pet me. I am sure I'll be so much happier once I can get into a quieter, less chaotic home. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.

Adopt Junior and Receive Junior's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Junior's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Junior's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Junior, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Junior's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Junior was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Junior’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Junior’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Junior’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
