About this Dog
Thor is a 7 month old male Shepherd mix, and is a sweet gentle pup ready for his forever family. He is initially a little shy, but warms up, especially once he is in the quieter park area. And even better, Thor really comes out of his shell when he is given a chance to play with other pups. He looks so cute as he seems a bit unsure how to play - but it’s clear that he is quickly learning the art of puppy play from his doggie peers! Thor also seems to be cat-friendly, and has not shown any reaction other than mild curiosity with the nearby feral cats. Overall he is a fairly calm dog with a moderate energy level … just right for some fun playtime and leash walks, without being hyper. As an added bonus, this lovable boy loves to cuddle and get affection from you. He has a precious way of leaning in for a full hug while getting pets. So don’t let another day go by without bringing this sweet boy home - he's ready to fill your days with endless love and joy. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip. Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. Phone: 770-214-3590. The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. Adopt Thor and Receive Thor's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Thor's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Thor's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Thor, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Thor's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Thor was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Thor’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Thor’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Thor’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
