About this Cat
Leo came to me with his sister and litter mate Phoebe. My sister had an accident and can no longer care for either of them. I travel full time in a motor home and have 2 cats myself and cannot take them or I would!
Phoebe and Leo are solid black 8-year-old brother/sister cats who are bonded and I would like to see them kept together if possible. Neither has been exposed to other animals or kids and are strictly indoor only. Both are litter trained, up to date on vaccinations, and are fixed.
Leo takes pretty quickly to new people but he may be shy at first. He is very talkative and smart. He loves to cuddle while looking up at you with loving eyes. He is playful. He likes his scratching posts!
Phoebe was recently diagnosed with diabetes and is on Senvelgo once a day. She is very shy at first but once you gain her trust she will open up and be a sweet, loving, talkative kitty. She also likes her scratching posts!
Please, please help me find a loving, safe home for these 2 precious cats. It means a lot to both my sister and me that they are safe and well cared for.

How will Leo and Phoebe receive the contribution?
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Leo and Phoebe, thank you for providing a home and a loving family! Please begin the process of claiming Leo and Phoebe's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Leo and Phoebe was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Leo and Phoebe’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
What happens to unclaimed funds?
We want the Leo and Phoebe’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Leo and Phoebe’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
