About this Cat
Housing her in shelters is becoming too expensive for us, so please consider adopting her very soon. Kitty is strictly a house cat, she is a little shy, but once she gets to know you, she will give you leg hugs and will be super friendly. She loves little stuffed animals to play with. She plays hide and seek every so often. So if she chases you, she will not hurt you, she wants you to run after her and then it is her turn. She is a really good cat. She rarely meows unless she is hungry or thirsty. She will be 6 years old in September 2025. She loves looking out of windows, sliding glass doors too. She is afraid of the outdoor cats that come to the door or window when she is looking out. Please do not let her outside. She has been with us since she was 2 weeks old & has been the only cat in the house. My mother's lung issues have forced us to re-home her.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Kitty (Stinky Meatball) was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Kitty (Stinky Meatball)’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Kitty (Stinky Meatball)’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Kitty (Stinky Meatball)’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
