Abby is a wonderful 5 yr old female Rottweiler that weighs 85 lbs. She is a sweet and gentle girl. She loves pets and cuddles, enjoys playing and is good with dogs and cats. Crate and house trained and such a joy to have. She is spayed, current on all vaccines including Rabies and Bordetella, wormed for intestinal parasites, heartworm negative and microchipped. She is on a monthly heartworm and flea preventative. ADOPTION DONATION: $250.00 ADOPTION PROCESS: ***Please be advised you must live in or near the Tampa area and be able to provide an established veterinary reference to adopt from our organization and no children under 6 years please. Preference is given to homeowners and with some breeds we will not consider renters of any type. 1. Submit an online application at www.lostangelsanimalrescue.org. It can take 3 - 7 days to process an application. Please notify your vet's office that we may be contacting them and to release information to us. 2. Application background check, vet reference and verification of home ownership. If we are considering a renter, landlords are contacted to ensure breed and size of dog is permitted and if a pet deposit is required. 3. You will ONLY be contacted via email if your application has been pre-approved and we wish to arrange a meet n greet. We are all volunteers that work full-time jobs and due to high volume apologize that we are unable to respond to everyone.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and ABBY was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, ABBY’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the ABBY’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, ABBY’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
