About this Cat
Meet Arnold Arnold is a sweet, playful kitten with a loving heart — and a charming little wobble that makes him extra special. Born with cerebellar hypoplasia (commonly known as “wobbly leg syndrome”), Arnold moves with an adorable lack of coordination: a gentle sway, unsteady steps, and the occasional tumble. But don’t let that fool you — this brave boy is full of spirit, love, and curiosity. Arnold came to us from a high-kill shelter, where his condition made his future uncertain. Thankfully, Pet Rescue By Judy stepped in to give him a second chance at life and love — and he’s made it clear that he’s ready to find his forever home. What Is Wobbly Leg Syndrome? Cerebellar hypoplasia is a congenital (non-progressive) neurological condition caused by an underdeveloped cerebellum — the part of the brain that controls balance and coordination. Kittens like Arnold show symptoms early, often when they begin walking. The good news? It doesn’t get worse, it’s not painful, and it doesn’t affect his life expectancy — just the way he moves. Arnold’s Personality Affectionate & Loving: Arnold thrives on human connection and will gladly curl up for purrs, kisses, and cozy snuggles. Adorably Determined: He may wobble when he walks, but nothing gets between him and his toys, treats, or your lap. Sweet & Social: Arnold enjoys attention and does well with gentle companionship — feline or human. Joyful Explorer: Watching Arnold navigate his world with enthusiasm is both heartwarming and inspiring. Special Care (But Nothing Scary!) Arnold doesn’t need any medical treatment for his condition, just a safe and supportive environment. Some helpful accommodations include: Soft or non-slip flooring (like rugs or foam mats) for better traction Low-sided litter box for easier access Stable food and water dishes that won’t slide Low or gently sloped furniture for easier climbing Lots of love, patience, and praise! A Special Cat for a Special Family Arnold is more than just a kitten with a wobbly walk — he’s a symbol of resilience, hope, and the power of second chances. He’s looking for a forever home where he’ll be treasured for exactly who he is.

Adopt Arnold and Receive Arnold's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Arnold's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Arnold's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Arnold, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Arnold's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Arnold was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Arnold’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Arnold’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Arnold’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
