Meet Anna – Your New Best Friend! Looking for a sweet, spunky, and slightly chunky companion? Meet Anna, an 8-year-old Boston Terrier-Chihuahua mix with a big personality and a heart full of love! Anna has spent her life in a calm, adult-only household in a 55+ community. Because of her limited experience with kids, we’re seeking a home that’s adults only or with older, respectful children who understand her boundaries. About Anna: Knows basic commands like sit, stay, roll over, and her personal favorite — dance! Fully potty trained and has excellent house manners. Enjoys daily walks, yard play, and of course, snuggle time. Currently a little overweight, so she’ll need a dedicated human to help her get back to a healthy weight with regular activity and portion control. Would need to be the only dog in the home so she can soak up all the attention she deserves. Anna is playful, affectionate, and ready to find her forever person. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will keep you company on walks, entertain you with her dance moves, and warm your heart every day — Anna is your girl!

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Anna was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Anna’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Anna’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Anna’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
