About this Dog
Coby was adopted by my wife and I on January 1, 2023 from a shelter in Texas. Coby was found shot (a bullet to the shoulder that went around to Coby's chest) and left for dead on the side of the road. His story was featured on the news in Texas (please look at the link below) making Coby a unique story. A new apartment owner, in Illinois where we live, will not accept animals in the apartment complex therefore we have been trying to re-home Coby for six months. I have brought Coby to Palm Coast,Florida in search of a home before taking Coby to Ayla's Acres No-Kill Animal Rescue Thriftique located in St. Augustine, Florida. Coby deserves a good home free from physical violence, physical abuse, or verbal abuse. Coby is seven years old and a really good hearted soul. Coby loves walks and leisure time inside the house. Coby loves people, especially women and girls! Coby will always greet people happily that come into your home. I have fallen in love with Coby and you will as well when you look into his eyes. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Coby's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Coby was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Coby’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
