NOTE: Maggie and Bingo are bonded and must be adopted together. Double the love, double the joy! Maggie and Bingo are a bonded pair of 6-year-old Yorkie mix siblings who are as sweet as they come. Maggie is the "little sister" at around 7 lbs., and Bingo is the "big brother" at 13lbs. These two are inseparable, bonded cuddle buddies who love napping together and are happiest when they’re by each other’s side—even a short separation makes them uneasy. Their perfect day includes sunbathing, cuddling with their humans, and a little jog around the block (yes, they prefer jogging over walking!). Maggie and Bingo are good with other dogs and cats as well—Bingo is fearless and friendly, while Maggie can be a little shy at first, especially with bigger dogs, but she warms up quickly. They’re mostly house-trained: Bingo wears a belly band when adjusting to new places just to be safe, and Maggie does great—if she really has to go, she’ll use a pee pad. Both are well-behaved in the car and make excellent travel companions. Maggie and Bingo are also full of affection—they love giving kisses, and Maggie will even do a cute little walk trick for treats! For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Maggie (must be adopted with Bingo) was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Maggie (must be adopted with Bingo)’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Maggie (must be adopted with Bingo)’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Maggie (must be adopted with Bingo)’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
