About this Dog
Janet is a very small, wiry, little chihuahua mix. She is around 1 1/2 year old and weighs around 5-6lbs. She had a very rough start in life. She and her brother Jack came from a hoarding situation and they had very little human contact. Janet needs a patient, experienced dog family to show her the ropes. She can be fearful at first, but warms up in a few days or so. She may react with barking at strangers. She gets along with all of the other small dogs in her foster family – young and old alike. She is cat friendly. When she feels confident, she is the sweetest little girl in the world. She walks well on a leash. She does moderately well in a crate and will be quiet after some time. Janet loves all treats and loves to play with toys. Her absolute favorite is a sock to carry around. She is very proud of that trophy! She will do best with someone who is home most of the time. She is such a loving, kind, funny little dog. She is scared of men and needs an all-adult, female-only home where she can blossom and root for a lifetime. She has so much to offer! If you live in the Central Florida/Orlando area, and believe you have the perfect home for Janet, please complete an application and tell us more about you.

Adopt Janet and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Janet's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Janet's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Janet, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Janet's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Janet was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Janet’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Janet’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Janet’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
