Oh, hey—sorry, I was napping. I’m Georgia, the official Lap Lounger Extraordinaire. If you’ve got a cozy spot and some free time for pets, I am your girl. I take my relaxation very seriously, but don’t let that fool you—I also love to play! A good toy, some fun zoomies, and then straight back to snooze mode. I came here with my sister, Lana, after our owner sadly had to let us go. He loved us so much, and even though it was hard for him, he made sure we’d be safe and loved. Now, I’m on the hunt for a new lap to claim! Georgia and I would love to stay together, but if I find a home of my own, I’ll bring enough love, purrs, and top-tier napping skills to keep you entertained. So, if you’re looking for a cuddly, sweet, pet-loving best friend, I think we just became a perfect match. This kitty is currently in a loving foster home and has been tested negative for FIV/FELV, microchipped, has age-appropriate vaccinations, and has been spayed/neutered. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Georgia's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Georgia was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Georgia’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Georgia’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Georgia’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
