About this Cat
Hi, my name is Trouble! Don’t worry, my name is just to throw people off. :) While I might seem a bit shy or timid at first, I promise once you get to know me, I’m the sweetest and most loving girl you’ll ever meet. I just take a little time to get used to new friends. Everyone tells me that I have the “softest fur ever”! Needless to say, when we become friends, I love getting petted. If I’m feeling a little nervous, I’ll hide under things (I’m excellent at hide-and-seek!). I’ll also be super quiet at first, but after a while, I’ll start to become much more chatty. I enjoy sleeping in a tucked-away cat cave or under a comfy blanket. Once I’m used to everyone, I love spending time with my friends and getting a good scratch on my chin or behind my ears. I’m quite social once I’m used to everyone! I’m super curious, so I’ll probably follow my humans around everywhere just to see what they’re up to. I like to know what everyone is doing all the time. Some of my favorite things include playing “Chase the String” (love it!) or watching the world go by out the window. I’m also great at giving “Boops” - so if you hold your finger out and say “Boop”, I’ll come up to you and poke your finger with my nose. I’ve never met a dog or small children before, but I’ve grown up around other cats. I’m a super loving and extremely sweet girl, I love being around people and getting cuddles. I may not be the more social kitty at first, but once I’m settled in my new home, I’ll be the most fiercely loving kitty you’ve ever met! Other things to Note: • I sometimes get a little car-sick. If you cover my crate and play calming music while we drive, that helps a lot. • I hate loud noises and yelling - it makes me a bit nervous, so if things get too rowdy, I’ll hide until things settle down. • I love chunky wet cat foods; pate isn’t my favorite, but I’ll still give it a try This kitty is currently in a loving foster home and has been tested negative for FIV/FELV, microchipped, has age-appropriate vaccinations, and has been spayed/neutered. Please put in an adoption application on our website, cats-can.org if you are interested or if you have any questions, please email us at [email protected]

100% of Trouble's balance will be sent to whoever adopts Trouble.
Adopt Trouble and Receive Trouble's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Trouble's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Trouble's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Trouble, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Trouble's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Trouble was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Trouble’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Trouble’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Trouble’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
