A nice woman in Miramar reached out that her girl kitty got outside one day and came back pregnant, where she had 4 beautiful kittens -- 2 boys and 2 girls, one of them being Griz! Griz is a beautiful girlie with the cutest little freckle on her nose—it’s as charming as she is! Though she was a bit unsure about human affection at first, Grizzy girl is blossoming more every day. With patience and kindness, she’s learned to love a good head scratch, and once the purring starts, don’t be surprised if she rolls over for a belly rub. Grizzy girl is a gentle soul with a heart that’s opening up, and she’s ready to find a home where she can continue to grow in love and confidence. Griz is spayed, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested negative, fecal tested negative, dewormed and has all age appropriate vaccinations. She is litter box trained and is being fostered in Pompano Beach, FL. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Griz was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Griz’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Griz’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Griz’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
