About this Dog
When people meet Molly, they instantly comment on how sweet she is. She loves affection and lounging in a comfy spot. She enjoys being outside. I used to hike often with her here in Florida and in Oregon.
I am looking to rehome her because I can't provide adequate care for her. My wife is disabled and I have two small children.
Molly has unknown origins and is about 6 years old. She was found at a gas station. She has scars on her body, likely dog bites. Molly whines and then barks when other dogs approach. This leads me to believe she was a bait dog. I have had no problem with spending time with friends who have dogs. I used to take her to the dog park often and had no issue. She barks when she plays too. I've had her meet little 5-15 lb dogs and she is patient with them. Molly is about 50 lbs. She is not fixed. She has her period about 3 times per year and I have many reusable diapers for these times.

How will Molly receive the contribution?

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Molly was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Molly’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
What happens to unclaimed funds?
We want the Molly’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Molly’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
