Caddie came to us after her beloved owner entered hospice care. While the transition was tough, she’s learning to open her heart again. She's a bit shy at first, but once she trusts you, she’ll seek out your attention and enjoy every moment by your side. She loves her walks and settles into a nice routine when she feels secure. She’s looking for a calm, quiet home where she can be the only pet and where adults will give her the time and space she needs to adjust. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Caddie 1378 was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Caddie 1378’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Caddie 1378’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Caddie 1378’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
