Playful is my middle name! I’m still very much a “kitten” in my mind and having been a bottle baby I think that entitles me to be a bit more “naughty” than most. I LOVE to play with dogs and am always up for some play time. I’m not ready to slow down enough to be a lap cat but that doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy attention. I’m fearless and high energy. I’d love a family where I can have some fun furry siblings to play with (I like dogs even). My brother Everest got adopted a while ago and I’m wondering when it will be MY turn! Rocky is a young adult male who loves other animals. He is friendly. He isn’t likely to be a lap cat, but he’s very social and a ton of fun!

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Rocky was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Rocky’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Rocky’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Rocky’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
