Neri and her sister Onyx came from a pretty tough situation where they weren’t being cared for. Neri spent the first week insisting she didn’t trust anyone and was NOT going to change her mind. Then, Suddenly she had a change of heart. Now she is desperate for your attention! She jumps up into the cages of other kitties trying to get someone to pick HER instead, climbs all over you when you sit on the floor with her, and is relentless with her ankle rubbing skills! She can still he a bit unpredictable (though we anticipate this won’t last long given how quickly she’s discovered she loves people) so we are suggesting a home with no small children. She’s a very petite girl and had an adorable little oriental shaped face. Adoptions fees are $90 adult cat, $100 “teenager”, and $125 kitten unless otherwise noted. This includes testing for infections diseases, spay/neuter, and vaccines (up to date for age).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Neri was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Neri’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Neri’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Neri’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
