My name is Dominic, but my foster mom calls me Fluffy because I’m so soft. I love to play with my foster siblings and I’m a good follower, so I would like a friend who will rough house with me and that I can follow to gain my confidence. I overheard my mom say I’m “special” because I have four legs, but only three feet. I’m not sure what special means, but I don’t let it bother me one bit! I keep up with the pack and can jump, run, and play. I love belly rubs and will show anyone my belly to get them. I also like to give kisses. I’m 90% potty trained and I’m kennel trained. I would like a home where I can have lots of affection, a companion, and a fence. I don’t understand leash walking, I like to be independent when I potty. I’m a little guy with a big heart, three paws and lots of love to give. Will you give me a furever home? Dominic came from a confiscation case (along with his siblings and mom) but unfortunately poor Dominic had gotten his foot caught in the rabbit cage that he was stuck in and sadly chewed off his foot to get loose. He is doing amazing and hasn't let that stop him from being a happy little guy! For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Dominic was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Dominic’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Dominic’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Dominic’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
