Welcome Lil Jimmie to CCPAL RESCUE. Lil Jimmie is a very sweet 4 month old Chihuahua/Frenchie is our best guess. She has the rounded big ears that look very Frenchie. She is a lap girl. She weighs about 7 pounds. She appears to be a full grown small dog. She is spayed and getting her puppy vaccines and dewormed. She will be ready for her new home in a few weeks. She is very sweet. She is playful, fun, social and adorable. She would be great with someone that doesn’t work all day everyday as she will need to finish her puppy training and will want to be with her human. She is good with other dogs and good in a crate. She will go on a wee pad and would be fine in a smaller condo sized yard. She would be ok with a family that has children. We like them to be 8 or older. She came into the rescue and was shy but you would never know it now. She has settled in and is a very loving puppy. She is in Texas with CCPAL Rescue and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is $600 and transport is $200. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Lil Jimmie was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Lil Jimmie’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Lil Jimmie’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Lil Jimmie’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
