This fluffy sweetie is being fostered with her mama, Dahlia, and siblings Snapdragon, Honeysuckle Rose, and Daffodil. Freesia is a very playful, cuddly girl. She is often found wrestling or cuddled up with one of her siblings. She plays hard and naps hard. She has not been exposed to dogs, but doesn’t seem scared of much. Freesia would be a great addition to any family. We would like to see her adopted with one of her siblings or in a household with other cat-friendly cats. Freesia was born around May 6, 2025, and is currently being fostered in Waterbury. Once she is fixed, up-to-date on shots, and has tested negative for FIV/FeLV in mid-August, she will be ready for adoption. All of our cats and kittens are cared for in loving foster homes. "Meet and Greets" can be arranged only after an application has been submitted and approved. Applications for adoption can be found at our website at www.fosterandforever.org. Our volunteers do their best to respond within 24-48 hours.

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Freesia was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Freesia’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Freesia’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Freesia’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
