About this Cat
Eliza is a beautiful black cat with a very small patch of white on her chest. She came to Foster & Forever after being dumped (heavily pregnant) on the street. Thankfully for Eliza, she found a colony that was fed daily by one of our fosters and her new, happy life began. Eliza gave birth to 5 beautiful babies and is an excellent momma. She is extremely attentive and protective over them. Eliza is an easygoing lady, but is extremely confident. She does not hesitate when meeting the other cats in her foster home, and if one objects or disrespects one of her babies, Eliza will get in their face and show her annoyance -- nothing violent or vicious. She doesn't mind being picked up or held. Her favorite thing is getting head and chin rubs. She enjoys relaxing on the cat tree and watching the birds. Eliza was born around March 15, 2022, and is currently being fostered in Naugatuck. She is fixed, up-to-date on shots, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. All of our cats and kittens are cared for in loving foster homes. "Meet and Greets" can be arranged only after an application has been submitted and approved. Applications for adoption can be found at our website at www.fosterandforever.org. Our volunteers do their best to respond within 24-48 hours.

Adopt Eliza and Receive Eliza's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Eliza's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Eliza's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Eliza, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Eliza's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Eliza was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Eliza’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Eliza’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Eliza’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
