Midnight is a 3-year-old lab mix with a gorgeous black coat and a big happy smile! At 47 lbs., she is fully grown and considered a medium-sized (25 - 50 lbs.) pup.Midnight was rescued by our partner shelter in SC after she was abandoned by her owners. She cannot wait to find her forever home and meet her new family! Midnight is a playful, happy pup who absolutely adores toys! She has medium energy, and enjoys everything from couch cuddles to outdoor adventures. Midnight enjoys romping, playing, and having fun with her pup friends. She also loves attention from her human friends, including kids! However, we are not yet sure how she feels about cats.Midnight is working hard on her leash and crate training, which are in progress. Patience and consistency will be key to helping Midnight adjust to her new home and learn the ropes. Her ideal family will have the time, desire, and energy to train and socialize her so that she can become the best pup she can be! She has already aced her house training and is ready to demonstrate her achieved skill for her forever family. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Midnight was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Midnight’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Midnight’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Midnight’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
