At this time, she weighs 9 lbs. and is expected to be a medium sized dog of anywhere up to 60 pounds when fully grown. She has an absolutely beautiful shiny black coat that glistens in the sun. She also has a personality that brightness up a room.It is well known that Labrador retrievers are extremely smart playful and loyal, they will make excellent family dogs. If you are looking for a lifetime friend who will love to play in the yard, go for walks/hikes, ride in the car or just spend leisurely afternoon snuggling on the couch. Joon is young and vibrant with many years ahead of her to give her family lots of joy and love. Joon does well with other dogs and children but has not been introduced to a cat since coming into rescue.Joon is eager to learn her skill set of house, crate and leash training with putting in her best effort with each one. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Joon was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Joon’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Joon’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Joon’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
