About this Dog
Let us introduce you to Roe, a tiny ball of joy with a name as adorable as she is! Sweet Roe was rescued from a parking lot where she was being given away for free. Now she is ready to find her forever family and hatch a new chapter of love and adventure. Roe is a 5-month-old short haired brown and white Feist mix. She currentlyweighs 24 pounds and is expected to be a medium size dog once fully grown, weighing between 31-60 pounds.Roe has typical puppy energy, confidence, curiosity and a desire to please. Roe enjoys the company of other dogs and children. Roe has been fostered with a resident cat and has proven she can peacefully coexist. Her house, leash and crate training are all in process. Roe would thrive in a family that has the time and commitment to continue this basic puppy training. Also, Feist breeds tend to be very intelligent and well suited for an active family that can provide sufficient exercise and mental stimulation to allow her to be the best family member she longs to be.If you are looking for a little unconditional love to brighten your days, Roe may be your best catch of the day!* When considering adoption, keep in mind that dogs thrive on structure and routine. They adjust much better when their owners are committed to providing consistency and stability. The adoption fee for Roe is $500. That includes the cost of spaying/neutering, up to date vaccinations, foster care, rescue and transportation fees. To get the ball rolling, head over to our Adoption Application and submit your application today. A Dog Star representative will contact you within 24 hours. To speed up the process, contact your vet and give them permission to speak with us.If you do not get a response within 24 hours, check your spam folder.

Adopt Roe and Receive Roe's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Roe's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Roe's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Roe, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Roe's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Roe was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Roe’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Roe’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Roe’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
