She is well trained and would love to live in a home with another dog. Hannah has high energy level but is very quiet and easygoing in a home with another dog. She would be a great partner on your outdoor adventures! Hannah enjoys playing outside and will need daily exercise, both mental and physical, to be the best family member she can be. The key to helping Hannah be a balanced, obedient companion is two fold - daily crate time and very active playtime with another dog. Hannah displays cautious and suspicious behavior with new people and things. This behavior disappears quickly if properly handled. Hannah is no couch potato. She needs a person that will actively interact with her during her day. On the other hand she is remarkably calm and content in her crate for a few hours. Hannah is good with other dogs and children aged 12 years and older. She would do best in a home without cats. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Hannah was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Hannah’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Hannah’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Hannah’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
