About this Dog
This little guy is one of the most adorable dogs with one amazing and lasting impression. Meet our boy Remy! He is a three-year-old cairn terrier/beagle mix. He weighs 12 pounds and has a beautiful tan and black coat. He is the perfect lap dog but do not be fooled by his size. He still loves to run around the yard, go for walks and hang out with other dogs, adults and children. His relationship with cats is an unknown at this time since he has not had exposure to them since coming into rescue. He would be a good companion for car rides and of course snuggling on the couch. Remy is looking for his forever home, a place where he can be your best friend and show you all the love he has to give. As with any dog starting off in a new home acquired skills are very important. Remy is in the process of learning his house, crate and leash training. Remy wants to be the best dog that he can. Remy is looking forward to creating years of fun, special memories with lots and lots of love. Give this little guy your love and he will return it unconditionally.* Please keep in mind when considering adoption, dogs thrive on structure and routine. They adjust significantly better when their owners are committed to providing consistency and stability. The adoption fee for Remy is $500. That includes the cost of spaying/neutering, up to date vaccinations, foster care, rescue and transportation fees. To get the ball rolling, head over to our Adoption Application and submit your application today. A Dog Star representative will contact you within 24 hours. To speed up the process, contact your vet and give them permission to speak with us.If you do not get a response within 24 hours, check your spam folder.

100% of Remy's balance will be sent to whoever adopts Remy.
Adopt Remy and Receive Remy's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Remy's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Remy's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Remy, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Remy's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Remy was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Remy’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Remy’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Remy’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
