About this Dog
Meet Meg (sibling to Chris), the bright eyed 7-month-old short haired black and white Boxer mix. She has the Boxer bounce and a personality that is as big as her wagging tail. She weighs around 35 pounds and is estimated to be a large size dog of 60 pounds or more when fully grown. Meg is a high energy pup who loves to play. She enjoys the company of children and dogs. Meg would thrive in a home with another dog to show her the ropes and keep her company during her pawsome exploits. Meg has not had the opportunity to meet any cats, so it is unknown how she would be with them. Her house, leash and crate training are all in process. Meg would benefit with a family that is committed to continuing her training using consistent and positive training methods. Meg would love to join an active family so she can show you all her pup-tential.If you are looking for a sweet, goofy and energetic furry friend to add some dog-gone joy to your life, Meg is ready to raise the woof with your family. * When considering adoption, keep in mind that dogs thrive on structure and routine. They adjust much better when their owners are committed to providing consistency and stability. The adoption fee for Meg is $500. That includes the cost of spaying/neutering, up to date vaccinations, foster care, rescue and transportation fees. To get the ball rolling, head over to our Adoption Application and submit your application today. A Dog Star representative will contact you within 24 hours. To speed up the process, contact your vet and give them permission to speak with us.If you do not get a response within 24 hours, check your spam folder.

Adopt Meg and Receive Meg's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Meg's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Meg's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Meg, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Meg's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Meg was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Meg’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Meg’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Meg’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
