About this Dog
Ollie is a 4-5 year old, neutered pit bull mix. Unfortunately, he recently unexpectedly lost his owner and we are now trying to find a good home for him. He is a very sweet dog who enjoys playing with his toys and being with his people. He is very protective and will need a home that is fit for his needs.
His owner found Ollie on his property and believed that he came from an abusive past, possibly a dog fighting ring. Due to this past, Ollie is best suited to a home with someone who is willing to work with him on his behavioral challenges and should be the only pet. He should not be in a home with kids. Ollie does have a history of aggression towards other animals and bite history.
We understand that Ollie’s challenges are going to require the right person and situation. We are being cautious with his rehoming needs as he deserves to go somewhere safe and that is our goal for him.
