About this Dog
My heart is heavy making this post, but due to my pregnancy - I am no longer able to give my sweet girl, ZooLa, the care and attention she truly needs. She is great with kids and incredibly loyal, but she absolutely must go to a home with no other animals. ZooLa does require some extra daily maintenance. She has allergies that need to be managed consistently with daily probiotics and Benadryl (sometimes twice a day). She is pee-pad trained and will clearly tell you when she needs to go outside by bugging you at the door, but you have to make sure you let her out before her third warning. ZooLa is very high strung. She loves jumping up to say hi. If you let her she will kiss you all over your face and climb you like a tree. She walks well on a leash by herself also has a high drive for chasing birds and squirrels. ZooLa can not be around other animals. Except fish she loves fish ZooLa is spayed, microchipped, and will come with her bed, pillows, and a supply of her probiotics. How will ZooLa receive the contribution?
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the ZooLa, thank you for providing a home and a loving family! Please begin the process of claiming ZooLa's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and ZooLa was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, ZooLa’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
What happens to unclaimed funds?
We want the ZooLa’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, ZooLa’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
