About this Dog
General Notes | Clyde LOVES the kiddos! If you have kids, thinking of having kids, or just a big kid yourself, come meet Clyde! ♥ Want to adopt this dog? Please do not email us. Please fill out the Adoption Application ASAP. Clyde is going to make an easy addition to any family! He is calm, easy-going, and super affectionate. He absolutely loves kiddos--he lives with a 7 year old and 3 year old in his foster home--and he never jumps or knocks them over, despite his large size. He is not destructive and only barks to alert. He is potty trained, but has marked a few times in his foster home. He was only very recently neutered so this behavior will likely improve with some training. He responds well to verbal correction. Health Notes | Clyde is fully vetted, neutered, and heartworm negative.Other Dogs | Clyde was dog tested at the shelter and was happy to play with other dogs, matching their energy--low or high. In his foster home Clyde has a foster (dog) sister and is doing great at respecting her boundaries and slowly integrating. After a few days they started to play and Clyde was especially good at reading his foster sister's cues. On walks he can show signs of leash aggression, so you'll want to be sure to do slow, proper introductions with new dogs. Cats | UnknownChildren | Clyde absolutely loves children.
